About the Role:

  • Provide individualized care and support to a consistent group of residents, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
  • Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with regulations, promote risk management, and maintain a safe environment.
  • Assist with life-enriching activities, meal service, and other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted (may be required per state regulations).
  • In states where applicable, must maintain certifications.
  • Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Competent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
