We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Culinary Team Member to join our team at Highgate at Prescott Lakes. About the Role:

This position involves assisting our culinary team with meal preparation, presentation, and delivery to our residents. As a Culinary Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen. You will also work closely with our chefs and cooks to prepare delicious and nutritious meals that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Experience in the kitchen
  • Current negative TB test
  • Willingness to learn how to work in a healthcare/assisted living environment
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Good time management skills
  • Motivated by providing excellent customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in culinary or hospitality
  • A passion for cooking and delivering exceptional dining experiences

Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $16.50 to $21.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
