Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and preferences.">
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.">
  • Work collaboratively with the agent to identify marketing opportunities and develop targeted campaigns to reach new customers.">
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.">
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).">
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry (or equivalent experience).">
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Possession of Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.">
