As an Integrative Medicine Practitioner at Case Integrative Health, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of improving long-term health for our patients.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

As an Integrative Medicine Practitioner, you will be responsible for directing patient care for a variety of health conditions, utilizing the principles of functional medicine to make diagnoses and develop treatment plans. You will work closely with our growing team of providers, nurses, and other staff members to provide comprehensive care.
You will also be responsible for:
- Effectively providing functional medicine clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referral for initial patient appointments, follow-up appointments, and patient needs between appointments
- Issuing appropriate prescriptions, laboratory tests, and supplements as needed
- Accurately and timely completing documentation of clinical services in the electronic medical record
- Collaborating in multidisciplinary coordination of care, including counseling and education on health behaviors
- Maintaining clinical practice according to relevant national and state practice guidelines
- Consulting with the Medical Director and supervising physician concerning continuous quality improvement measures
- Actively participating in performance improvement activities, practice development, and other duties that support the mission of Case Integrative Health
- Participating in medical staff, clinical rounds, and clinical strategic planning meetings
- Adhering to HIPAA privacy and security regulations mandated by the Federal Health and Human Services Agency
- Contributing to the Case Integrative Health brand by periodically writing case studies and expert staff blogs, along with social media content
- Following all policies, procedures, and protocols set by practice management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as bedside manner
- Service-oriented: capable of providing a calming, confident voice to patients and visitors with a friendly and approachable demeanor; able to resolve patient issues in a timely and appropriate manner; willingness to take ownership of patient problems and drive them to satisfactory conclusions
- Strong time management and organizational skills. Able to wear multiple hats
- Compassionate, curious, and driven
- Fluency in EHR/EMR programs and medical coding
- An unrestricted Physician Assistant license
