Rental Sales Representative

At Ryder System, we're committed to building a dynamic team of sales professionals who can drive growth and success in our commercial rental business. As a Rental Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve rental revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including decision-makers and influencers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, customer visits, and other prospecting activities
- Collaborate with rental operations to ensure equipment availability and meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ryder's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
