Job Summary

Aunt Martha's Health and Wellness is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide exceptional technical support to our staff, ensuring seamless access to our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to end-users, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Participate in new hire trainings, educating staff on IT policies and access management.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of our IT Service Catalog.
  • Configure and monitor the Intune MDM platform to ensure secure and efficient device management.
  • Manage the IT portion of the employee onboarding process, including account and mailbox configuration, phone setup, and asset documentation.
  • Implement and document end-user IT hardware, ensuring efficient execution and minimal downtime.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve basic incidents related to PCs, internet connectivity, and phones.
  • Coordinate timely repair of PC and phone equipment covered by 3rd party vendor maintenance agreements.
  • Assist with service desk-related on-site clinic needs and projects.
  • Work with escalated issues involving ticketing software and resolve issues within set SLO/SLA timeframes.
  • Meet service level objectives and participate in the rotating after-hours on-call schedule to ensure 24/7 support.
Requirements
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Experience with Office 365 products and environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with users, staff, management, and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with modern desktop or server operating systems, various software applications, and PC hardware.
  • Understanding of mobile device configuration and support (iOS and Android).
  • Exceptional hands-on and phone customer service skills, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to reset passwords in an Active Directory environment and add PCs to Active Directory.
  • Ability to manage own time effectively and be prompt and punctual.
  • Basic PC/laptop/mobile device troubleshooting skills.
  • Two-Year Associate or BA/BS degree required or equivalent skills/certifications.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A+ technology certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with vendors to procure new equipment and resolve billing issues.
  • Experience with an IT-related ticketing system.
  • Previous experience within an organization providing healthcare.
Working Conditions
  • Office environment with occasional travel to alternate locations.
  • Hybrid work-from-home options.
