About the Role

This Full-Time RN position offers a competitive salary range of $ 120,000 - 150,000 per year based on years of experience, as well as a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

">

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in medical trauma, with at least 1 year of recent experience in an acute care hospital setting or a skilled nursing setting (LTAC). Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or a current Multistate Compact License is required.

A strong understanding of patient assessment, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain high levels of productivity.
