Insurance Revenue Growth Specialist

Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Revenue Growth Specialist to join its sales department. This key role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating sales deals, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in the insurance industry or related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:- Negotiate and close sales deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Fiscally responsible for each insurance account, ensuring accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to effectively meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and business services, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
