Equipment Road Service Technician

CRW Corp., a second-generation owned Construction Equipment Distributor, is seeking a qualified and experienced Equipment Road Service Technician to support our product support team at our Williston, VT location.

As a key member of our team, you will perform troubleshooting, service, maintenance, and repairs on various crane and earthmoving heavy construction equipment. A minimum of two years of experience in maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy construction equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Work effectively with company personnel and customers
  • Document jobs on work orders with accuracy
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to comprehend and learn technical manuals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
