Business Development Manager

DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new business opportunities and grow our existing client base.
Key Responsibilities- Service existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
- Research and pursue new business opportunities through business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity and provide daily reports
- Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to drive business growth
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to the success of our organization
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in the United States
- Must have a clean background and reliable transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
