Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Unit Associate to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical and nursing staff, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clerical functions to facilitate the flow of information between medical and nursing staff

• Act as a resource person between ancillary departments and patient care units

• Utilize the hospital-wide computer system for order entry, admission, transfer, and discharge functions

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Two years of previous work-related experience preferred

• Ability to gather and interpret data in situations where information or problems are not overly difficult or complex

• Ability to exchange information on factual matters
