Job Title: Commercial/Industrial Boiler Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial/Industrial Boiler Technician to join our team at Blake Thermal Sales & Service Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers in the thermal energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial boilers and associated equipment
  • Install and commission new boiler systems, including hydronic boilers, high- and low-pressure steam systems, and heat exchangers
  • Conduct boiler room analyses to identify opportunities for improving reliability and efficiency
  • Upgrade and convert burners and advanced burner control systems
  • Implement energy efficiency measures and provide technical report writing
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with combustion tuning and analysis, as well as troubleshooting skills
  • Factory training and certifications in boiler and burner systems
  • Understanding of wiring diagrams, electrical, controls, and instrumentation
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical
