About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Albemarle, North Carolina.

Job Summary

We are currently hiring for per-diem/Part time positions. As an RN with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality home health care to adults and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis in territories throughout Stanley and Cabarrus counties.

Responsibilities
  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Requirements

To be successful as an RN with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
