We are seeking a reliable and energetic Substitute Recess Coach to join our team at Lighthouse Christian School. As a Substitute Recess Coach, you will be responsible for supervising students during recess, maintaining order, and promoting a positive and productive environment.

**Responsibilities and Duties:

• Supervise students during assigned recess periods

• Implement strategies to promote student engagement and productivity

• Report incidents and concerns to administration

• Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities

**Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience working with children (preferable)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Salary Details:** $17.00 per hour
