Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, educating contractors about our value proposition, and maintaining client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales goals by generating sales leads, making direct sales calls, and presenting to clients.
  • Communicate client needs to the operations team and register new clients according to the business plan.
  • Collect monies owed and attend trade-related association and networking events.
  • Build strong client relationships by following up with registered clients, conducting regular visits, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage and build strong field employee relationships by preparing employees for assignments, visiting jobsites, and addressing employee issues.
  • Maintain client sales files, attend required meetings, and complete sales activity reports.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of outside sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with regular and predictable attendance.
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems is helpful.
