Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Produce Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and freshness of our produce products, while providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized produce department, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining inventory, and controlling shrinkage.
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of produce products, including inspecting and rotating stock, and making decisions about product quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and inventory goals, and to improve the overall shopping experience for members.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
