We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC/R maintenance technician to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our commercial refrigeration systems in the supermarket industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R service and installation techniques, with at least 5 years of experience working as an HVAC technician or installer.

You will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, as well as installing and replacing equipment as needed.

Additionally, you will troubleshoot electrical wiring and controls, adhere to safety protocols and industry standards, and provide excellent customer service.

About You:

  • Candidates must have at least 5 years of prior experience working as an HVAC technician or installer.
  • Candidates must have an EPA certification that is up to date and valid.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HVAC service and installation techniques.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening.
  • High School degree or equivalent.
