About the Role

As a Labor Relations Specialist, you will represent clients across various sectors on issues related to employment and labor law. Your expert counsel will focus on collective bargaining agreements, employee grievances, arbitrations, and union practices. You will also litigate cases before administrative agencies as well as federal courts.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of labor law, proficiency in litigation, and expertise working in a fast-paced law firm environment. A Juris Doctor degree is required, and candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Oregon. You must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice and possess 6+ years of labor law experience, with extensive experience advising clients on labor relations.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $145,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Larson Maddox offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
