About the Role

We're seeking a talented engineer to join our Operations team, supporting iPhone Final Assembly. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and developing technically complex processes to improve quality and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that our products are mechanically manufacturable, and you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design for Manufacturability: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure new products are mechanically manufacturable.
• Product Engineering: Work across all phases of product development, from concept to repeat manufacturing, to ensure technically complex testing methods, procedures, and failure analysis.
• Process Engineering: Develop and implement technically complex processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Failure/Data Analysis: Plan, develop, and implement procedures for testing and evaluating soon-to-be-released products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in introducing products into manufacturing or high-volume production.
• Ability to travel internationally (approximately 25%).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent project management skills, with experience working in a matrix organization.
• Direct experience leading functional engineering teams, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Test, or DFX.
• Experience working with international OEM partners.
• New product introduction and Manufacturing Operations experience.
