Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Age Site Administrator to join our team at the YMCA of Delaware. As a School Age Site Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our school age programs in the Western Location. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of our school age programs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Supervise and support a team of staff members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote healthy development, socialization, and academic success for children.
  • Collaborate with parents and community partners to ensure a seamless transition between home and school.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and logistics to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in school age program administration or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, parents, and community partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of child development theories and practices, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
