Senior Photographer

At Onward Search, we're seeking a skilled Associate Photographer to join our team in Memphis, TN. This full-time position requires the ability to travel to properties in and around the Memphis area and work closely with our scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support our marketing efforts by capturing high-quality 3-D virtual tours and footprints to showcase homes and apartments.
• Develop a portfolio of photographs that effectively feature properties, utilizing photography techniques to capture spaces in the most appealing way possible.
• Collaborate with our teams to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage, identify new inventory, and prioritize tasks.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities and initiatives.
• Represent our clients in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in photography, with field experience preferred.
• Experience with Matterport is highly valued, but we'll provide training for qualified candidates.
• Ability to accurately capture and enter data, as well as quickly learn and apply new concepts such as commercial real estate terminology and GIS concepts.
• Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and relevant apps.

Physical Requirements:

• Repetitive sitting, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
• Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing and camera operation.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying.
