Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the commercial lines insurance marketplace, with proficiency in quoting Citizens Property and Casualty Insurance and a minimum of 3 years of relevant personal lines experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines accounts
  • Provide personalized insurance solutions tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to transition clients from personal lines to commercial accounts
  • Collaborate with our commercial lines team to expand your expertise and grow your book of business

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the commercial lines insurance marketplace
  • A 440 P&C License or 220 License is required
  • Proficiency in quoting Citizens Property and Casualty Insurance, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant personal lines experience
  • Exceptional communication and policy marketing skills, with the ability to navigate various lines of business effectively
