Software Asset Manager and ServiceNow Specialist

Syms Strategic Group, LLC (SSG) is a leading provider of innovative solutions. We are seeking an experienced Software Asset Manager and ServiceNow Specialist to join our team.
About the JobThis role is responsible for managing software assets and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of software asset management tools and technologies, as well as experience working with ServiceNow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining software license inventories and proof of license ownership.
- Managing support documentation for software license management.
- Identifying unused or underutilized software licenses.
- Analyzing usage, performing gap analysis, and reviewing discovery data.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software asset management and ServiceNow.
We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
The preferred location is Florida. However, we consider other locations based on candidate qualifications.
