Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

This role will support the Talent Development team at Life Care Services. As an HR Assistant, you will gain practical, hands-on learning experiences in human resources with a goal of applying your classroom education to actual LCS projects and assignments.



The Role:


  • Keep events updated, files uploaded, and assist with registration and payment details using Cvent.
  • Assist with planning content for conferences by attending planning calls and participating in discussions to determine content.
  • Research topics for General Sessions or Breakouts for disciplines and update all agendas and collateral to LCS branding.
  • Additional projects may be identified as needed.


Requirements:


  • Technology proficient to update Cvent site for all conferences.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Detail-Oriented.
  • Task-Minded.
  • Microsoft Word Office Proficient (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Highly developed organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Creativity to enhance training content development.
  • High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Quick learner, strong collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
