Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Providence Saint Peter Hospital in Olympia, Washington. This is a 13-week travel assignment, working 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for scans, and ensuring high-quality images are obtained. As an MRI Technologist, you will work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to obtain high-quality images of patients
  • Prepare patients for scans, explaining procedures and answering questions
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient scans and results
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Certification as an MRI Technologist (e.g., ARRT (R) or equivalent)
  • Experience working in an MRI environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
