Job Description

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing behavior intervention strategies tailored to individual client needs. This will involve working closely with caregivers, supervising technicians, and driving measurable client progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and adjust intervention plans using data-driven methods to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Train and mentor behavior technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to support clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with families and professionals to design goals and track progress, ensuring that each child receives the best possible care.
  • Document client milestones and program updates to track progress and inform future decisions.
Requirements:
  • Active BCBA certification, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Strong skills in communication and collaboration, enabling you to work effectively with clients, caregivers, and colleagues.
