Kitchen Staff Job Description

Seasons Kosher Supermarkets is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Staff member to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that all food preparation and storage areas meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
  • Receive, lift, handle, and store food deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Retrieve food items as requested by chefs and assist with food preparation, including pizza, sandwiches, and salads.
  • Wash dishes, pots, and utensils, and ensure that all working areas are kept clear and organized.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow food safety protocols.
  • Ability to perform strenuous physical duties, including lifting, climbing, walking, and standing for long periods.
