About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician to join our team at PIRTEK, a leading provider of hydraulic and industrial hose solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site service and support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their machinery and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to emergency service calls and perform on-site hose replacements to minimize downtime for clients.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to create custom hose assemblies tailored to clients' specific requirements.
  3. Conduct scheduled maintenance visits to identify and address potential hose issues before they cause operational disruptions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering technical advice and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Manage and restock service vehicles with necessary equipment, hoses, and fittings.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong mechanical aptitude and background in hydraulics or industrial hoses.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced, on-call environment.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment and hoses.
