Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in primary care? We are seeking a full-time primary care physician to join our team at our outpatient clinic in Columbia, SC.

**About the Role:**

As a primary care physician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, conducting office visits, and administering annual wellness visits and health risk assessments. You will also be responsible for coordinating care with other providers, specialists, and agencies.

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive salary (ranges from $215,000 to $275,000 based on experience and location) with quarterly bonus based on quality metrics
* 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of vacation, sick time, major holidays, and continuing medical education (CME)
* Tuition reimbursement
* $5,000 CME stipend
* Provided health, vision, dental, and life insurance
* 401K investment, up to 4% company match, vested immediately
* Provided medical malpractice insurance
* Relocation package on a case-by-case basis

**Required Qualifications:**

* National certification in at least one of the following specialties: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
* Active, non-probationary state physician license
* 1+ year direct primary care experience as a physician
* Active DEA license
