Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mitsubishi Chemical Group. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring key administrative functions related to order processing, invoicing, complaint processing, and response are efficiently and effectively processed in a friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Established as primary contact for incoming calls, potential new sales, and follow-up
  • Main contact for sales personnel and to be available to assist on an as needed basis for customer requests
  • Data entry for all incoming work using software program for Sales order entries and work orders when needed
  • Responsible for generating Purchase orders when needed as well as updating blanket purchase order quantities, acknowledging receipt and confirmation of all other customer PO's
  • Record and monitor customer related weekly reports and providing documented and accurate paperwork to S&R
  • Keeping track of Sales orders and purchase orders with customer file maintenance
  • Creating and updating Customer profile sheets
  • Ability to generate part ID and decon numbers, fill out paperwork, and incorporate changes in JobBoss
  • Update and create "picture spreadsheets" for kits and individual parts per customer
  • Monitor and upkeep of process notification forms (PNF) in logbook in the sales office
  • Able to assist sales with quotes and tracking information for the customer as requested
  • Reporting functions or mailing of general flyers or tracks to customers on an as needed basis
  • Assist with Non-Conformance Reports as needed
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • Must have High School diploma or equivalent; Two (2) years of work experience in a customer service-related position
  • Diligence in following procedures, prioritizing, multiple tasks, and producing accurate, high quality, detailed results
  • Well-organized, self-starter able to work independently while promoting a team-environment
  • Outgoing personality with effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers alike
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite. Advanced knowledge in Excel is preferred
  • Multilingual - Able to understand and communicate in English and Chinese is desired. Japanese and Spanish are also valuable
