Pharmacist Opportunity in Texarkana, TX

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in Texarkana, TX.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective drug therapy for patients. Responsibilities include reviewing patient medical records, identifying potential adverse reactions, making treatment recommendations to physicians, educating patients and caregivers about medications, and monitoring patient progress.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of Texas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
