Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist to join our team in Bradenton, FL. As a member of our Behavioral Care Team, you'll be an integral part of our mission to revolutionize behavioral health care delivery for individuals, clinicians, and the entire health care system.

Job Description

This outpatient clinical position involves treating a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and prescribing medications for behavioral health and psychological disorders.

  • Provide direct clinical services to patients in the form of psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group treatment
  • Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
  • Collaborate as a member of multi-disciplinary integrated team for the development and delivery of treatment plans
  • Foster excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
  • Represent the practice in community presentations and lectures
  • Participate in enriching the training experience of graduate students

You will interact directly with patients and maintain accurate electronic records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Clear and active Psychiatrist License (MD/DO) in state of practice
  • Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in state of practice
  • Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration
About Our Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $**200,000 - 250,000 per year**, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development. If you reside in Florida, this position requires the AHCA Level II background check by the State of Florida for all clinicians who have direct face-to-face contact with members or employees who will have access to confidential patient data.
