About the Role

Vergent Products Inc. is seeking an experienced Electronics Test Technician to join our First Shift team in Loveland, Colorado.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with a salary range of $23-27 per hour depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will assemble and test electronic and electro-mechanical products using established procedures and processes, ensuring quality and efficiency on the manufacturing floor.

  • Safely test, calibrate, diagnose, and repair electronic and/or electro-mechanical products from written documentation.
  • Identify root cause of failures and fix defective products, reporting potential quality issues for corrective action.
  • Manage time and resources to ensure timely delivery of product without direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform deep component level troubleshooting from theory of operation and schematics.
  • Evaluate alternative processes, tools, and equipment for manufacturing, making recommendations to improve production procedures.
  • Implement recommendations to improve quality, productivity, manufacturability, or reduce cost, working towards zero manufacturing defects and field failures.
Requirements
  • AAS or equivalent experience in manufacturing, electronics, or electro-mechanic discipline (preferred).
  • Able to work independently, with minimal guidance and supervision.
  • Strict attention to detail, disciplined to follow procedures or change them appropriately.
  • The ability to think on your feet and operate in a fast-paced environment.
