We are a well-established company looking for a skilled and professional Front Desk Administrator to join our team in West Knoxville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity to work with us.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is between $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle various administrative tasks, including checking customers in and out, scheduling appointments, and handling customer payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings efficiently, using calendars and other tools as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle customer payments, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Certifications/Screening: Background and drug screening required.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
