Special Education Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team of educators at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of inclusive education practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, in collaboration with parents/guardians, support staff, and related service providers.
- Adapt and modify curriculum materials to meet the unique needs and abilities of students with disabilities, ensuring accessibility and promoting learning.
- Employ a variety of instructional strategies, accommodations, and assistive technologies to facilitate student engagement and success.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid MA teaching certification or licensure for Special Education.
- Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Understanding of individualized instruction, behavior management techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
