Recovery Services of New Mexico, a leading provider of medical treatment services, is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide health care services to patients under the direction and responsibility of a physician. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, gathering patient medical data and referring to physicians as needed.
- Administer or order diagnostic tests, interpreting results for deviation from normal.
- Prescribe medications following established protocols.
- Counsel patients, helping them understand their limitations and abilities.
- Act as a resource person for decisions, planning, and policies affecting patient and staff health.
To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program and currently licensed in the state of employment/practice. A satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check are also required.
