Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Luxury Spa Host to join our team at Mandara Spas. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless interactions, and promoting our luxury spa services.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum

About the Role

The Luxury Spa Host plays a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and greeting guests, ensuring they feel valued and relaxed throughout their stay;
  • Providing personalized recommendations on spa treatments, products, and services;
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and treatment schedules;
  • Collaborating with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient workflow;
  • Acting as a liaison between guests and the spa team, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally;
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge of spa products, services, and best practices;
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or spa industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues;
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and provide excellent service;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
  • Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and/or other relevant software;
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays;
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
