About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Talent and Culture to join our team at AccorHotels. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent, while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of the Talent and Culture Department, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement human resources strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide coaching, support, and guidance to Departmental Leaders and Senior Managers on talent management, colleague relations, and administration.
  • Oversee the administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes, and investigations.
  • Develop and manage the annual Talent and Culture budget, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends, using data from HRIS and talent management systems to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as recommended best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Human Resources leadership capacity, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Working knowledge of CBA agreements and hotel operations is an asset.
  • University/college degree or diploma required; formal education or certification in Human Resources Management is an asset.
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills, both written and oral.
