We are MMP Staffing, a leading staffing agency, and we have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Plumber to join our team in Falls Church, VA.

About the Role

This is a fantastic chance for a skilled and reliable individual to work on various plumbing projects, ensuring that all systems are functioning correctly, efficiently, and up to code.

Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and determine the best course of action for repair or replacement.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plumber.
  • Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives, professional development opportunities, paid time off, and holidays. This role also offers bonus opportunities.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Relevant plumbing certification or licensing (Required)

Please note that this is a full-time position, and you will be required to work in Falls Church, VA, and potentially travel locally.
