Wood Floor Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Wood Floor Director to oversee the maintenance and restoration of wood flooring within our clients' accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, developing and implementing cleaning and restoration procedures, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in wood floor care, project management skills, budgeting, basic computer skills, and the ability to train and support staff effectively. Daily tasks will include interacting with operations management, administrative personnel, and assisting clients with relationship management; suggesting upsells to prospective and existing clients; preparing and submitting weekly operations reports; and responding to on-call emergencies as needed.

This is a full-time position that requires flexible scheduling, including some weekend work and travel. Compensation includes a competitive salary ($65,000 - $80,000 per year), depending on location, plus benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, company holidays, and a company bonus program.
