Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Receptionist to join our team at Alameda Point Collaborative, Inc.

This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our staff and clients.

About the Role:

  • Customer Service: Greet and direct visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance with day-to-day operations, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Communication: Maintain accurate records, prepare correspondence, and coordinate meetings and events.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently.
