Healthcare Support Specialist

About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our healthcare team as a CNA. You will work closely with our Charge Nurse and other staff members to provide essential patient care support, including assistance with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and safety. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.
Responsibilities:- Provide patient care support, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the Charge Nurse
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by the Charge Nurse
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance the quality of care for residents
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state of employment
- CPR certification required, or willing to obtain within six months of employment
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
