Position Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, responsible for providing basic patient care such as bathing, feeding, taking vital signs, and monitoring patients' behavioral and physical condition.
  • E nsure patient personal and oral hygiene needs are met daily and/or as necessary. Provides catheters care daily and/or as needed. Reports any pertinent observations to RN.
  • Completes assigned nursing orders as directed by preceptor/Registered Nurse, including assisting patient with activities of daily living.

Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited school of nursing and have completed fundamentals of nursing courses.
  • BLS certification required.

Schedule:

  • Minimum of 2, 12 hour shifts per month (Day Shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm/ Night Shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am)

Estimated Salary: $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
