Heating and Cooling Specialist

Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled Heating and Cooling Specialist to join our team in Normal, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced heating and cooling professionals looking to take their career to the next level.

We offer a competitive salary of $20-$35 per hour, with opportunities for additional income through monthly spiffs and quarterly bonuses. This full-time position involves completing high-quality repairs for residential customers, working a typical Monday-Friday schedule with an on-call rotation every 6 weeks. You will visit customers' homes, inspect their heating and cooling systems, and perform necessary repairs and maintenance services.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• EPA certification
• A valid driver's license

While 3+ years of HVAC experience is preferred, we are open to considering candidates with relevant skills and qualifications.
