The Nurse Resident role is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to transition into a professional RN role in an acute care setting. Our blended didactic and precepted clinicals provide a structured learning environment, while our clinical ladder promotes advancement and education assistance for MSN degrees.

We are committed to helping our nurses grow and succeed in their careers, which is reflected in our competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year. This reflects the anticipated base pay range for this position, and individual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors within this pay range.

Some of the key responsibilities of the Nurse Resident include delivering coordinated nursing care for patients, managing day-to-day clinical activities, and utilizing nursing skills of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in patient care delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, a GPA of at least 3.0 or higher, less than one year of experience, and current Texas RN licensure (may apply without license). A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, as well as current BLS from the American Heart Association.
