Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our patients. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication disorders, voice and swallowing impairments, and neurological defects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer diagnostic tests and provide individualized treatment to adults and children with a variety of communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programs as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and present in-service programs in area of specialty.
  • Perform diagnostic clinical swallowing evaluations and interpret results.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of therapy programs addressing speech/language, voice, and swallowing problems.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree or Ph.D. in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Temporary Professional Experience License - Speech-Language Pathology (California) required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support required at hire.
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
