Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Shaner Hotel Group. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the front desk inventory, including keys, room assignments, and other related items.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of front office management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
  • Language: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
