Caregiver for Hospice Clients

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Hospice office, located in Rutland, VT. This role involves making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, and monitoring clients' conditions.
Responsibilities- Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred

SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
