We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Unit Clinical Team Leader RN to join our team at TriCities Hospital. Job Summary

The Clinical Team Leader (CTL) is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in the Critical Care Unit. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff members to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

  • Aids in the admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and excellent patient care.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
  • Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current RN license in the state of practice.
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with demonstrated proficiency in leadership and management skills.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification, obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and two years of experience as an RN in a Charge Nurse role.
