POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Retail Store Managers exemplify leadership through equitable delegation and active participation in all store functions. They exhibit a commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork. They uphold integrity by adhering to company policies both in letter and spirit. Ultimately, they are accountable for store revenue and ensure that both associates and themselves meet organizational objectives while treating all personnel with fairness and respect. They thrive in a fast-paced and varied work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing profitability and overseeing daily store operations, ensuring that production targets are achieved by staff.
  • Fostering a positive atmosphere for both employees and customers.
  • Recruiting, scheduling, mentoring, and, when necessary, terminating staff. Managing payroll and timekeeping.
  • Ensuring that production and sales targets are consistently met.
  • Closing the store, reconciling cash with daily sales records, and securing the facility overnight.
  • Monitoring expenses and maintaining reasonable costs while maximizing sales.
  • Preparing and maintaining records of store operations, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening/closing documentation.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Requires two to three years of management or assistant management experience with cash control responsibilities.

WORKING HOURS: Stores operate Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM and open at 1 PM on Sundays.
